i just went outsice and practiced my roundoff. does any one have any tips on what i can do to build more arm strentgh to push off of the ground to my feet for my roundoff

i showed my mom and she said to push off my arms more so my feet and arms arent on the ground at the same time soooooo how do i do it

OMG i have the same exact problem! i talked to my friend and she said that you have to kind of push off with your shouders, but i dont really see how that would work. try just really using your arms, and the rest of your body to PUSH off. maybe that will help? good luck ;)
