Bumps around the vulva are very common. There are a number of explanations for them--some medically serious and some not.
Dr. Karen Rosewater, a doctor of adolescent medicine, says that the pimples may be caused by irritation around the area, often caused by wearing clothing that is too tight or underwear made out of synthetic material. If this is the case, try to keep the area dry. Consider wearing cotton underwear, or, at the least, underwear with a cotton crotch, as well as looser fitting clothing.
However, if you are sexually active, the bumps may indicate something more serious, like the presence of a sexually-transmitted disease (or STD). Genital warts, according to Dr. Rosewater, are often mistaken for pimples. They are quite common and tend not to be painful. Herpes, on the other hand, usually manifests first as pimple-like bumps, and then turns into ulcers, which can hurt. Both genital warts and herpes can be treated. Though there is no known cure for herpes, a doctor would be able to help you manage your condition.

Women who live in Virginia can get pimples around their private parts. (titan_all) It could be from wearing jeans too tight, sweating, etc. Keep yourself as clean as possible to minimize this problem. If you've never had sexual relations it is hard to imagine you could possibly have herpes.
Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus....and yes, he probably gets pimples there as well. That hot suit...all that running around...

Yes men and women can get pimples, etc on the genital area. This shouldn't be happening all the time and if it does you need to see a doctor. Also men and women can get warts there too!

It can most likely be a sign of another Sexually transmited disease, primarily Gonorrhea.
I would suggest that you see a Gyno early, and he would prescribe Ampiccilin or other required prescription treatment for your condition.
Also, is there any secretion coming from your vagina ..? Email me back and let me know: vprecords_2004@yahoo.com
