I can only remember a few things -
Its about teen Counclers at a summer camp
Its NOT a reality show
On one episode the One of the girl counclers takes a group of kids out for a hike and gets lost. Im pretty sure a major storm comes and everyone freaks out.
Im pretty sure but not 100% positive it was on Nickalodeon.

If it was on Nickelodeon then it can only be 1 show start looking for a show called Salute Your Shorts it was the only summer camp like thing i think they ever made and aired

There was one episode of the show Sister, Sister (on Disney Channel) where that situation happened. However, that show is not about a summer camp.
