What is the loudest jet? I want to know because I think the b-1 bomber is the loudest. Am I wrong?

Interesting question, but I don't have facts and figures although I did work once taking noise measurements of industrial equipment. A lot of effort is now put into controlling noise levels on civilian aircraft and the new ones are a lot quieter than the old ones. Concorde was very noisy particularly on take off. I guess noise levels at high altitudes do not matter much except sonic booms which are loud bangs. You would probably get a much more informed answer if you asked again under 'engineering'. I know there are some very informed people who often answer questions about aircraft there.

Edited comment: pup seems to have given you answers whilst I was writing mine. The only comment I would add is that the B1 might be more noisy (neglecting sonic booms) at, or near the airport, having to use more of its available power in take off.
