hi! i want to be a model so bad and im 15y.o and im about 164cm ..you think i will still growing? how can i increase my height?.. im going to model hugo boss ehre in mexico but i want to be a succcesfull model like gisele, kate etc.! heeelp

i know modeling is not just about height but i have everything to be one but the height to be like for the TOP agencies! thats why i wanna grow taller! lol.. thanks for all your advices

playing sports like basketball, volleyball, tennis or doing gymnastics can stimulate your growth process. it also depends on your genetics. but you are only 15, there's still time, so play a lot of sports.

Hi Alessia,
I'm 6'2" and wanted to be a runway model when I was younger.
I'm a grandma now. I did a little bit of modeling in my time. Both of my daughters are beautiful. One is 6'2" and the other 6'4" and I'm so thankful they did not choose the modeling career. Its not a very good world out there. I'm sorry I'm not very encouraging to you. If you really want it then persue it. But keep your moral stantards high and that might even make you loose some good jobs and don't let anybody fool you otherwise, thats just the way this world is.

there is no way to increase your height, sorry. it all depends on how tall your mom and dad are. there's nothing else you can do. so stop worrying about the things you have no control over, and focus on the things you DO have control of. "height pills" are a scam! be proud of who you are, you dont have to be tall to be a beautiful talented model. AND, women dont usually stop growing till about age 18 or 19, so you have at least a couple more years of growth.

Your only 15, you still have a couple more years to grow.
Take vitamins, they have some "height" pills that you could take..
Not all models are tall, as long as you have the "look" you'll be just fine.

one metre stick is one hundred inches which is equal to 39.37 inches tall. So if you're so short I don't think it will work out, and you might be still growing, it depends on your family history

hieght is a natural process and i think if they dont like you for who you are i dont think that they will like you very much so be natraul and tell the truth it will work trust me.

first of all modeling is not only about height, it goes deeper than that. now if you want to get taller, STRETCH!!!!!!!!!! everyday!!!!!!!!!!!!
