Australia is still part of the British Commonwealth. America on the hand had a little Revolution, which led to the collapse of the British Empire. Just a thought.
For economic prosperity, America is better, and it doesn't matter who likes them more. Money seeks value not friends. However, Australia does have a good economy, although it is much smaller than America's.

Aussies gave the world Outback Restaurants, Fosters Beer, Kangaroo Jack, and the Crocodile Hunter.
Americans have The Sitcom President and international turmoil.

Well because they speak a similar language that only they understand? They were after all part of the British empire like New Guinea etc...and yeah they still hold alittle resentment for the US breaking away from them too.
Mostly they like the Ausies cause they use the same money factors too ..i think??

The British are not the lap dogs of the Australians.
Australia never kicked British a$$ in a war.

Because America drug the British into a war that endangered them all .
Have you noticed the terrorists haven`t attacked sweden ,finland ,Luxemborg .switzerland ?
I wonder why ?They don`t embrace islam ,yet they are not attacked /

Because no one like America but Americans and the legal immigrants. Illegal immigrants can't like a country that they have no respect for. Everyone else is jealous.
