Ten points goes to whoever knows who wrote this poem?

Question

When you are sad,
I will dry your tears,
When you are scared,
I will ease your fears,
When you are worried,
I will give you hope,
When you have problems,
I will help you cope,
This an oath that I pledge till the end,
Why, may you ask?
Because your my friend.
If you tell me who wrote it, and how old they were when they wrote it, and your answer is correct, I shall reward you with ten points!!

When you are sad — I will help you get drunk and plot revenge against the sorry bastard who made you sad.

When you are blue — I will try to dislodge whatever is choking you.

When you smile — I will know you finally got laid.

When you are scared — I will rag on you about it every chance I get.

When you are worried — I will tell you horrible stories about how much worse it could be until you quit whining.
When you are confused — I will use little words.

When you are sick — Stay the hell away from me until you are well again. I don’t want whatever you have.

When you fall — I will point and laugh at your clumsy ***.

It was written by an anonymous writer, this is a contemporary poem one can see on cutesy cards with angels, etc, like the ones you buy at card shops.
Since it is anonymous- only the writer knows who they are. ANd the printing company they sold the rights to publish it.
