Do you input listings to a MLS?, do they upload to realtor.com? This will give you lots of exposure. Homes.com is also good.

I don't think you can barter for formal advertising space. Networking is a better bet, and word of mouth is automatic if you do a good job and always go the extra mile. Joining a civic organization is always a good idea (Rotary, Lions, JCs), as well as offering to give speeches (If you can do it well!!) to these groups - they are always looking for speakers. Doing something newsworthy with your business to get mentioned in your local newspaper is also really free advertising. Hope this helps.

You can advertise your business for free on www.BuySellListings.com. There's a real estate directory for you to add your agent profile and get free leads. Just remember to renew your profile when it expires. Hope this helps. Good luck with your business.

Get a list of service and non-profit organizations, i.e. VFW, Kiwanis, etc., send flyers or call to let them know about your services. Go and speak to groups during their meetings and tell them how you think your services are unique over others. Online - Email chamber of commerce or cities that have websites your flyers. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
