rx7 - u r obviously very upset with my answer for u to look at my past history it clearly bothered u. However, i have had a miscarriage AND an abortion in the past. U asked and i offered an argument taken from another post, not ness. my complete point of view, but a clear balanced argument against yours. u cannot just come on, spout your very strong opinion and not expect or allow anyone else to argue with u. life doesn't work like that. Iam pro-choice and believe EVERYONE is entitled to their own opinion. Clearly u do not!

1st-wanna answer your question. Crackers and ginger ale work well. 2nd- wanna ask you a question. You answered my question about abortions and flung all sorts of insults and stereotypes at me. (Called me ignorant, but hmmm...who was making assumptions about how I supported people who bomb abortion clinics, which I am not, and I believe that people like that need mental help...there were many other comments you made that do not in any way describe the way I feel) I noticed a question you posted about worrying that you might be having a miscarriage (which I'm glad you didn't- miscarriages are devastating- no woman deserves to go thru that) But...just wanted to give you something to think about....if what you say about a fetus not being a human being is true, then why did you refer to your fetus as a "baby" ? AND you seemed terribly worried about the possiblitity of a miscarriage. Just something to think about....good luck w/ your pregnancy.

it really is form of odd that it really is only at evening, like once you lay down? or only takes position contained in the nighttime? in case you've had scopes, then i'd assume it regulations out acid reflux disease. i became instructed mine will be H. pylori (can convey about ulcers at times). i became also warned it could be my gallbladder, although an ultrasound did not %. up some thing (yet that could want to only teach stones of sufficient length) and that i have no longer had any assaults. have you ever had blood checks? Mine confirmed hypothyroid, which does impact many body platforms, together with the digestive tract. in spite of the indisputable fact that, I also get action ailment very honestly, so i'm waiting to work out what takes position once my thyroid is again heading in the right direction and be conscious if the nausea is going away. till then, I take care of nausea with ginger (blended with water), peppermint gum, and straightforward ingredients (graham crackers, vanilla wafers, dry cereal). I also now have a prescription for phenergen, which matches ok.

I've been through this 4 times. I know what you're going through.
Try ginger. Ginger is used to treat all types of nausea and it's fast acting. I used ginger snap cookies. Gingerbread men are a little more mild. You can also take ginger capsules that you can buy in just about any vitamin store or SCUBA shop. I didn't use these because it was harder for me to swallow a pill when I got nauseous than to eat a couple cookies. I kept the cookies beside my bed and had 2 or 3 before I even sat up. This was very helpful for me.

These are the things to add: Vit B6 and Gingeroot
Have an easily digestible small snack within reach for you to snack on if you are feeling nauseated. Believe it or not, if you start to feel nauseated a bit of food is better. Your stomach will get very nauseated if empty even if you don't feel like eating.
Avoid: Fried Foods, Acidic Juices, anything processed

If you find you get so sick that you are not keeping anything down or you are getting dehydrated, see your doctor for a pill called diclectin. It is a mild antihistamine and B6 supplement given to women with nausea.

Kinda strange, but I found that if I puked first thing in the morning, I didn't feel as bad during the day. Ginger ale also worked, I drank teeny little sips. If I ate crackers, they came right back up. Above all, I stole some barf bags off the ambulance (before I went light duty) and carried them around with me 24-7. I didn't really eat much of anything, I felt so bad.

I heard eating Saltine Crackers helps. I also know a girl who's so called Morning Sickness lasted all 9 months.

Try crackers, ritz, toast, anything that is not greasy or spicy... I know how you feel... I am 32 weeks now and I am so happy about that because at the beginning I felt so sick, I was tempted to have an abortion. This is how bad it was... (Good Luck)!!!!

Nothing will help not even the saltine crackers they tell you to eat. I threw up my entire pregnancy. The doctor even said cutting my prenatal vitamins in half and taking them at different times of the day, didn't help.

THE THINGS THAT HELPED ME WAS SPARKLING WATER, SALTINE CRACKERS, SOUR FOODS SUCH AS LEMONS AND PICKLES. TRY TO AVOID GREASY AND VERY SPICY FOODS. MY LAST PREGNANCY I WAS NAUSEOUS A LOT BECAUSE I CRAVED BURGER KING WHOPPERS AND JALAPENO PEPPERS.
