Can anybody tell me these things in German language?

I need to know the substitutes of these things in German language:
fenugreek extract, fennel extract, wild yam extract, saw palmetto extract, milk thistle extract, black chohosh extract, hops extract.
Please tell me whichever substitutes of these that you know.

Well, Daffy, that s the thing about Babelfish, it gives you a lot of stuff but most of it simply is wrong.... the more specialised it gets or if it depends on the context, you simply can forget about Babel.

1. fenugreek extract= Bockshornklee- Extrakt

2.fennel extract= Fenchelextrakt

3.wild yam extract= I think you mean "Dioscorea", so it s Jamswurzel Extrakt

4.saw palmetto extract= sorry, don t know that one, could it be that you can call it in a different way or do you have the latin word for it

5. milk thistle extract= Marien- or Milchdistelextrakt("Sylibum marianum")

6. black chohosh extract= Wanzenkrautextrakt (lat. "Cimicfuga racemosa")

7. hops extract= Hopfenextrakt

I wonder what you plan to cook there... if you wanna buy them in Germany, I can already tell you, most of the items will be quite hard to find.

Hops extract is "Hopfen", that's what they make beer from.
