one of my files in my flash disk contains worm virus how can i get rid of it. i deleted it but again when i put the flash disk in usb drive of my laptop again this file is again there

Reformat it. Try moving the file to your desktop and deleting it too. Check processes in Task manager and see if it is running - and if any other files are associated with it. Stop it running if it is - otherwise it won't delete. Delete any other files associated with it - if you can find them. If you know the name of the file search you HDD for it too. Try also doing to f-secure with the flash drive in and doing an online virus scan - see if that gets rid of it.

Start with a good anti-virus tool, then scan the flash drive and the rest of your computer with it at the same time.
There's a great free tool for home computers at free.grisoft.com.

Re-format it, or get a new one; there are various tools you can use to re-format it, just search google. This should work, if not, you can always run a scanner for it (Spy Sweeper, Hijack This!, etc.)
