Can a man tell if hes about to precum? cuz i ask some of my guy friends and some say ya and some say no? so i would llike to no if you can tell thanks.

I personally cant tell. Except that when I precum is when I am getting ready to *** for real. That's when i am trying to think about something else so I dont have to finish. At that point it's usually not anywhere that I can notice or see it cause it just blends in with her's (which is a faucet by that time). The only way I know about precum is when I do it by my self and then it seams that just before the "contractions" start is when a small amount comes out and it's usually thinner and clearer. Does that do it for ya or did I finish my response before you were satisfied with the answer?!

I am not sure I completelly understand your question, so I will answer the best I can:
1) Can Guys Tell When They Are About To PRE-C*M? I would say yes and no, with accent on the no. Yes because we can tell when we are about to have an orgasm (in my case I can sometimes "warn" almost 1 minute in advance), but some men are "quicker c*mmers" than others, so often when I guy says he's about to, he's usually there. But for the PRE-c*m I would say no, because most of the time, when you know you're about to reach orgasm (iminently), that's usually the moment the pre-c*m starts to show itself. At least in my case. Whenever I feel I am getting really dangerously close, that's usually when the pre-c*m starts to show itself. But there are always exceptions, and of course not all men are built the same way.
So that's my answer, as much as I could interpret what the question you were asking was about. I hope this has helped you nonetheless!

Well, I don't know about guys in general, but my boyfriend can tell, and so can I. When you feel him starting to pulse inside you, that's precum... and of course, if you treat your man right, you know how to tell when it's the real deal.

precum is not orgasmic in nature or feeling. once aroused, a man can, but doesn't always secrete precum. by NO means does he feel himself getting ready to precum and there's NO pleasure associated with it.
