I'm usually itchy and sore down there... which makes it a struggle to have sex with my bf... i don't like neglecting him of it... and i enjoy it too when i'm not sore... but 9 out of 10 days i'm sore or itchy... I have no diseases or whatnot any home remedies someone can think of to make sex more pleazing to me and my lover ? so we can do it on a more regular basis ?

You might have a yeast infection. Get a checkup right away and they'll give you some stuff to get rid of it. If it's not that try using non irritating soap in the shower and keeping the area clean and dry. Make sure you are wearing breathable underwear, like cotton instead of silk.

I too, would guess yeast infection or vaginitis...you should talk to your gyno about it and get a check up. If there isn't anything wrong (IE. yeast or std) you can try a warm soak with vinegar in it or some of the things suggested above. I have also heard that tea tree oil tablets inserted in the vagina help relieve itch and soreness. Also if you are using condoms, make sure you aren't having a latex reaction. If you aren't using condoms, you might want to start, as sometimes the mixing of semen with your own vaginal fluids can change the pH level and lead to itchiness. BUT GET CHECKED BY A DOCTOR FIRST AND FOREMOST>you could be passing something back and forth between you and your boyfriend...like gardnerilla (not a STD as such, but something you would need treated).

Double check on the disease thing. And try soaking in the bathtub. Warm water.
