Yes, 133 is very good. I've taken several IQ tests. The score has ranged from 125 to 145.

130+ is considered genius level. Of course it helps if your IQ test was a true test and not one of those cheap renditions. Mine hasn't been tested since I was 16 and I believe it was 130.
