My crazy ex is telling me that he has my SSN and Medicaid# and that he's going to be tracking me wherever I go. I'm moving out of state to get away from him, so I know him having my Medicaid# won't do any good since I'll get a whole new one in the state I'm moving to, but whenever I apply to get a job or credit card or anything that involves my SSN, I know he'll have a PI tracking it to see where I am (he's done it before with a previous ex of his). Does anyone know if I can have my # changed or anything I can do to make it not possible for him to track me? The office is closed right now so I can't call them to find out anything until Monday.

i have an ex like this, but more violent. the first thing you NEED to do, i should of done it long ago,is make the police awared of the situation. Tell all your relatives & friends what this man is doing to you. Then, contact the National Social Sercurity services, number can be googled, and report identity fraud. IF you do have your SSN changed, it involves the FBI and they will most likely have you change your identity(name, age, apperence, childrens names, car EVERYTHING) and do sort of a witness protection program with you. What other personal information does he have on you? You need to be careful and move on this FAST.

If Saturday got here about as you describe, won't be able to you record added criminal expenses antagonistic to him for that; even with the restraining order. The Police must have defined to you what develop into occurring. Did you ask them about the order? some restraining orders are in elementary words enforceable through you submitting a contempt of courtroom. The Police do no longer have the authority to implement them, they could in simple terms document the violation and also you would possibly want to apply their record to have him present day in contempt. Is there a sufferer's recommend the position you stay? If there is attempt chatting with them, they should be in a position to furnish you some thoughts.

hire a private detective and tell him all about this, tell him you need your ss sec number and stuff , and he had no right doing this to you, in the meantime contact your local soc security office and warn them and tell them to cancel your number, but make sure the P.I. is with you
