Spam is the best of the three, I think -- very versatile. Spam and eggs, Spam sandwiches, etc. Try it with almost anything you like from a can, box or freezer (beans, macaroni & cheese, rice & canned gravy, even frozen vegetables). If you've got a microwave, you've got a quick, hot meal. (That's right, it's bachelor food, but it works.)
Beanie Weanies, sure. A classic power-outage, hurricane or fish camp food -- straight from the can at room temperature. All you need is a plastic spoon.
The same goes for Vienna Sausages because the small cans fit in a suitcase or briefcase as emergency food for travelers who end up in a hotel after all the nearby restaurants are closed.
Hey, it's not exactly gourmet eats, but you could do a lot worse.

I like Spam, especially with eggs. I also make them into sandwiches with Miracle Whip.
