We are all related to the Apes..plus statistics have
it , that at the moment (1992 actually) 2 are born to every 1 death, hence the Chinese have their child bearing programme.

about 6.5 billion people at this very moment, and we are all (apparently) related to each other, as there were only originally 8 humans - been calculated looking at DNA and other factors. which explains our relatively limited genetic makeup from each other
