I went to visit all those unis and thought Newcastle was by far the nicest - lovely campus (surprisingly green), friendly people, good night life. Medical school is also good.
I have 2 doctor friends who studied at Southampton and enjoyed it.
I thought Leeds was horrible - looked like it needed a good scrub.

I would say pick Leeds, Liverpool and Newcastle - gives you a great balance between course quality, city living and associated perks, as well as being not too pricey to live in.

Southampton - look at it this way.

Newcastle is full of knuckle dragging geordies
Leeds is a shithole
Leicester is full of people who dont wash much and smell like drains
You probably get mugged in Liverpool if you dont wear a turqouise shellsuit

Southampton is by far the best place to be

Birmingham is about the best unis for medicine but that's not one of your cities so I'd say Southampton.
