You are in a pitch black room, with a normal deck of cards.
You need to organize them into 2 decks of equal face up cards.
Your are allowed to go outside but with a blindfold on.
How can you sort the card deck into two decks of equal cards face up?

Go outside and find some to help you get all of the cards face up. Then back inside the room, "deal" the cards into two piles (counting to make sure that you get the "decks" even).

Equal as in same amount of cards in each pile or equal as in same Value of cards in each deck?

(Same value as in for example all red cards in one pile and all black in the other, this would give 2 of each value in each pile)

I think this is one of those trick question puzzles where the answer uses word play or something not expected like going outside and getting someone to help you.

you got to ask somebody, that can see, for help. the rules of the game doesn't restrict you from doing that
