Why would something, properly used, be considered bodily harm?
A good quality nylon braided rope has a nice soft feel to it. Loop knots around the ankles and wrists can be quite enjoyable.

Ah.......now THIS is my kind of question. No, it isn't. I love the feel of rope against YOUR skin (ha). Around your waist, strung between your legs pulling tight up against that sweet treasure of yours.....bound around your breasts....making those nipples so damn sensitive....and to have your hands tied tight behind your back, strung up and held firm to the collar around your neck.....even a rope gag is pretty f*ucking hot. Hell no, I wouldn't call it harm....only sweet erotic fun.

NO! Bodily harm usually means that you are hurting your body, like an assault, and it usually refers to someone else inflicting the damage, and it has to be unwanted from the receiver for any charges to be pressed! Have fun, now!!!!
