Not everyone hates John Cena. I personally am not a fan of his wrestling, but you all have to notice that this day in age, the WWE is not focusing anywhere near as much on wrestling as it is entertaining. The WWE is attracting different and newer fans now, different from those of us who love the wrestling more than anything.
This is where Cena comes in. Cena's highly marketable. He's selling the most merchandise right now, and bringing in the most ratings, so WWE keeps him in the limelight, in the most important storylines and such on TV. As long as fans saty into him, he'll remain the top star. Little do people realize, when they watch him and hope he loses, they're still watching him, and increasing ratings. (If people don't like Cena, don't watch any segment including him.)
Now, what drives people to hate him, in my opinion, is that they way WWE uses Cena is steering away from tradition. WWE isn't letting the better wrestlers get to the top, but just the biggest drawers mainly. People, at least the people I talk to on websites and my friends, all hate that Cena appears to lack a lot of wrestling ability, yet WWE had him defeat wrestling greats like Y2J, Angle, and HHH. They hate that Cena doesn't show much wrestling ability in his matches, and wins with the same combo of moves nearly every match with doing barely anything anytime else in the match. He'll get dominated for nearly 20 minutes and win with a combo similar to this:
1) Repetitive Clotheslines
2) Shoulder Block
3) Protoplex
4) 5 Knuckle Shuffle (Followed by a 2 count pinfall)
5) FU (Usually for the win unless reversed or otherwise performed)
6) Occasionally, the STFU, a modified STF of sorts
Most cases, all of the WWE stars have a combo like this, "Moves Of Doom" they're often called. But what Cena lacks in the ring, that other wrestlers don't, is working the flow of the match throughout the whole time. Instead of the normal back and forth flow of two wrestlers in a match, it's usually "Cena gets beat up before winning with 5 moves." Some fans hate that.
Some people even hate him because they think he tries to be Black.
In a nutshell, not all fans hate Cena, but fans will hate anyone for a variety of reasons.

All i can say is that your pethetic, The Marine will not make millions as anyone who does not watch wrestling will not know who the hell Cena is, for the record Cena does have a girlfriend, he is not a good rapper and to say he is better than 50 Cent is terrible, also may i suggest some kind of help, like a therapy or something because your ******* nuts

He's a pretty good wrestler, I hate rap so I have no comment in the rapping, but there is no way he will marry a random person. Plus why do you people have to make so many stupid questions about John Cena anyway?

YES i agree with you! Cena is simply amazing! His 6 moves are the best! His lame rap album is the best! His movie is gonna set box office records!(biggest flop). His cartoonish face and stupid catch-phrases are the best! ^_^

First of all many people may hate him because he may seem fake to them. ANd if you are in love you dont describe someone as "hot" or compare them to anyone else. You should love him for who he is inside, not the person he seems to be or dreams of being (not saying he isnt). If you are worried about him having a gf you may as well forget the whole thing.....You dont have trust...MAYBE you should watch him wrestle....ASk the peeps that hate him why they do, and research it a bit....GOOD LUCK!
ps. Love is unconditional. You love someone with flaws in all, and you dont expect anything out of him/her.
