is it okay if im in 9th grade and date a guy in 10th grade?\
im 14 and hes 16?

But the thing is i dont know if he likes me. Yesterday i was walking down the hall and he was talking to his friend. But when his friend left i walked across from him and all he did was just stand there and i was wondering what he was doing so i looked at him and i saw that he was looking at me. But i immediatlley turned my head the other way because i was shocked. Also the other day while i was waiting for the bus to come at school he took his shirt off to change into his soccer jersey and when he saw me looking at him he didnt put his shirt on until i got into the bus.

How do i know if a guy likes me?

wow, i miss being in high school. hehe
well these are not clear signs that he likes you. now its your turn to give some signs. check him out some mroe and make it obvious to him that youre looking his way. try and be around him a little more but not too much cos thats a little stalkerish.
this way he can tell youre totally into him and he can make the first move.
and for sure you can date someone older...

Poor little girl, that is hormones talking, best not listen as they lead little girls down the wrong path. Stick to your studies and look for a good man when you are in your min twenties
