where to find information on starting a futon furniture store business? please only serious answers! thanks!

I would look for a business broker to see if anyone is selling their futon business in your area. Otherwise I would get conseling advice from score and other local non profits that gives free advice to starting companies.

I would look online for a supplier. some offer resellers discounts.
find an attorney or an accountant to help you setup your books and filing your biz name, vendors license, state department of taxation stuff for sales tax etc.
its a lot of work to start a business but it can be very rewarding. takes some start up funding to.
