After getting burned last week on the last minute pulling of Stallworth I dont trust his hamstring problems are over. I believe Maroney to be getting more and more carries as the season progresses. Am I crazy for making this trade?

Probably not - Maroney's a rookie and was drafted as an eventual replacement for Corey Dillon. Dillon will either get too old or pissed off about a reduced role, and he'll be gone from New England in 2007. Meanwhile, I think Andy Reid likes to pass instead of run, so he'll be spreading the passes out to all his receivers - that may eventually sound good for Stallworth, but they also have all-purpose guy Westbrook (even though he's a bit hurt right now).

Keep Stallworth. Mcnabb is a great QB and he looks for Stallworth a lot. When the guy is healthy again, he would turn into one of the best wide receiver. Maroney is good, but Brady got a lot of receivers and tightend. The question is, do you need another RB. If you don't, don't trade for him. Stallworth is turning is a all-star. Maroney still have share carries with Dillon.

Yes your crazy...like super crazy. Stallworth is the new favorite reciever of Mc Nabb man...he's been on fire sinces he has joined the Eagles. Maroney is good.. but is splitting time with Dillion which means he's not getting alot of carries and less playing time .Stallworth is a starter man Keep him.

Maroney is a great keeper player. I believe he will be a great RB for years to come. Stallworth has proven that he is a great receiver and is worthy of a number 2 guy. It all depends on what you need most a RB for the future or a WR right now. If you have plenty of help at WR and are in a keeper league, by all means trade.

Maroney, Stallworth is injured. Even if he plays he may not play that much. Maroney may get more time then expected because Dillon is injury prone.

don't do it, maroney is only splitting carries with dillion, and if dillion gets in a grove, which he prob will, then they won't use maroney as much
