Hot topic has black slacks with the red pinstripe. That is the only thing, or straight black w/ awesome red shoes.Keep the shoes flat if the pants have a cuff on the bottom, go w/ a short heel if they do not.

Wear this top with slim "cigarette" style black capri pants. To dress it up get the pants with a satiny type fabric. I have seen these at Bebe. I disagree with wearing red shoes with this top. The top is a focal point and you don't want people looking down when so much is going on up top. Keep the earrings simple, gold or silver hoops or diamond studs if you have them.

Wear it with a pair of dark or light wash boot cut jeans. Easy enough. Carry a red handbag and tie back your hair in a red pony holder or leave it down with a red hairband.
Or wear it with a denim, black, or red mini skirt, no leggins. That would be hot.
Its an awesome shirt. Wear it well.

I would say to wear it with skinny jeans, black flats, a red headband, and a studded belt. I think that would look really cool.
