Deadlifts - squeeze your abs and glutes at the same time. You can handle more weight safely with this exercise vs. squats (which can be tough on the knees).
I also like the Nautilus machine where you can kick through your heel - hits the glute directly.
Always do cardio - 30 minutes every other session for best results.

see if hypnotists have something...
They promise to do a lot. I don't know if they have that, but they have tons of things.
