doesnt matter the brand of motherboard, the most important thing is the chipset, i only recommend an intel chipset or an nvidia chipset

Personally I prefer ASUS motherboards, more options and just better overall. Here is a rough equivalent to the one you are talking about:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131025 although this one has built in Wi-Fi. Also, the 965 chipset is actually better than the 975, so look for one with that.
