If there is oil in Sudan, Bush will send freedom to the people of Sudan by missiles to free them from their arms and legs and kill the rest of the population by " friendly fires" and " collateral damage"

We didn't get any free oil from Iraq, but at least the people there can profit off their natural resources for the first time in their lifetime.

I guess the war in Iraq wasn't about oil after all. Congress voted to go to war on a big list of violations, but oil retrieval wasn't one of them.

I think there is oil in the Sudan, but the socialist tyrants there will take it all and not share it with their people.

In my view there would have to be something of interest in the Sudan before I'd back any American involvement there. I couldn't care less about the massacres there. Africa is badly overpopulated anyway. What's happening there is not what I'd call a crisis. I see absolutely no value whatever in either Sudan or its people.

No, only because he has our army spread so thin, maybe if the oil supply was bigger in Sudan he would pull the troops out of Iraq to go there.

Maybe Bush would say that the evil Tearists, armed with Nucular weapons, pose a threat to Amurca's naitional securty.

No. It's not about a "war on terror" or "fighting for freedoms" or "evildoers" or "promoting democracy". It's really about THIS!...

Well that would change things, not just for the US but world energy markets. At this time though the United States military is somewhat worn down from the fighting in Iraq so I would doubt it.

Oil has been found in Sudan ( http://www.hrw.org/reports/2003/sudan1103/ ) which may well be the reason why arab and black Sudanese are fighting each other.

He'd get his advisers to come up with something different. The war idea - people are getting sick of. So he'd probably make a deal with them. Probably secretly send Sudan 1,000,000 pounds of heroin (which they stole from Afghanistan) for the oil. Gotta be creative!!

If there was oil in that area old Bush and all his war supporters would be right there......That's the bush way. However, there is only sand in that part of the world so Bush wil never set foot there.
