wat do it mean wen a guy hangs arond u all the time, and all of ur frends say he likes u, (and u like him), but wen u ask him, he says smthing like, oh im late talk to ya later, gotta go, ect.? See I hav liked him ever since the 4 grade and I am in t 10 grade, He is the hottest guy in school. Wat shuld I do?

I think he likes you definately, but is too shy to tell you, which is why he keeps having "distractions" when you ask him. I would just keep working on it, and one thing you should do is ask him if hes busy and once he says no, ask him cuz than he cant leave, he just told you he wasnt busy.

if he is hanging around you all the time he really does like you. my guess would be that hes really shy. you make the first move or have a friend ask him if he likes you
