Okay. What kind of food are you selling? Who are you selling it to? Do you know what dishes you'll be serving? Do you already know your prices?

Get a copy of Printmaster. ( http://www.printmaster.com ) and you can easily put together the menu, add artwork, and print them out. As prices and items change, you can change them and print the revised menu.

What do you know about food, john?
Not much or you wouldn't be asking, if you really want to do this for a living then keep it simple and always use the best ingredients you can afford. If in doubt keep it local or classic.

Please put prices on your alcoholic beverages. People hate asking because it makes them feel cheap. Also, if something is named in another language, write what it is in italics. This way we know what we are ordering. Have a light option for those of us watching our weight.
