these two are idiots.

i've done this once before back in the day but can't remember who i did it.

ya gotta get into system edit and find this one folder then change the number two zero-some kinda crap like that. but its pretty easy and shouldn't be that hard to find on the net.

the first answer cracks me up-people that usually know nothing.

you can choose RUN and type CMD if you are a WINXP user.
once there type C:\
then type dir c:\ /p
this should pause the directory list in segments
find what you'r looking for and after you do.
type this: type or edit c:\whatever the characters given for the name of that file.

I may be missing something... but its not recommended for you to change anything in your BIOS unless you know exactly what you are doing and know how to READ and FOLLOW directions...CAREFULLY!

to get to the BIOS when startup, press whatever its asking normally ESC, F1, or F2

You know, there's a saying in software support: if you're not smart enough to figure out how to do it, you're certainly not smart enough to fix it after you screw it up.

A single file displaying on the screen is pretty obvious. Give it some thought, and let us know if you smarten up.
