it cannot go through automatically as you still have to file the papers and have the divorce decree signed by a judge. you can file the divorce yourself all you need to do is go to your local court house and ask for a set of divorce papers. there is allot of work involved with doing It yourself but It will be worth it when you are finally divorced

there is no automatic issue, unless you are confusing the decree nisi with the decree absolute. 1 year after fiing in a no fault divorce the decree absolute occurs but the decree nisi must be obtained which is through the original filing.

It is not automatic. It still has to be filed and completed, and signed by a Judge.
