I like the blotting papers. If you want to spend the money, Sheseido makes really good ones. If you want to go the more inexpensive route, the Body Shop and Sephora also make ones that work well. The blotting papers by Clean and Clear have mineral oil in them, so I stopped using them! And if you're trying to remove oil, it seems counterproductive to use a product containing oil. I would steer clear of reapplying pressed powder because then you are just making a cakey layer on your face. Not only that, you're just clogging your pores up even worse and possibly going to cause a breakout. Just go with the blotting papers, you'll be pleased with them.

Use a toner before applying your make-up. Only apply it to the T-zone, forhead, cheeks, nose. Then your powder should take the oily look away.

Check what foundation you are using and invest in a non-oily one that is specifically created for this type of problem.
If you are using Clarins their products are rubbish as they always make me go shiny!

Buy a product that will control the oil and put press powder on it.

hmmmm... clean and clear has these sheets that absorb oil. u just rub them on your face and the oil goes away. i guess it's worth a try. either that or buy new powder.
