i need help on actually writing it. not the topics. i KNOW what i'm going to write about. i am just stuck on making it FLOW. the essay must be at least 150 words but no more than 250. the question is.. "how would you change the world and why?"
i know it should start off with hook. mine is.. "Most people work because they have to." i dont know if that is a very effective way on hooking people... but that is what i'm going to work with right now..
i have no idea what the thesis will be since i am writing about one thing. i know the thesis should be divided into three parts.. so should the WHY? be answered in this?
i know i want to include that people shouldn't have to stress so much and should be content with their jobs. the world would be a better place if everyone were doing something they loved, and didn't have to struggle so much for the money.
i need help on concluding it even tho i have't finished it yet, i have NO idea how to conclude an essay. i will add more details tomoro

Write each idea on a separate notecard. If possible, write it in outline form on the card. Then, when you have all your ideas written down, begin to put them in a logical order. each card may become one paragraph, or you might combine the cards if ideas mesh well together.
Now that you know what you're going to write about, form your thesis and build your introduction from the thesis.
The conclusion should be a restating of ideas without being overly redundant. Don't introduce any new ideas in the conclusion. Try to restate your thesis in an interesting way that will stick in the readers' minds.

150 words are not bad for an essay at all. Moreover, your question is not that complicated. Dig within yourself and find what matters to you the most. So many things are out there, and your essay can flow from point A to point B to point C. Make sure you include those topics in your thesis. A good thesis is always a good base for your paper. Sounds like you have some good ideas already. Do not be afraid to start. Once you get going, you will realize how much you can add as you go. Step away and come back when you feel like you are running out of words, give yourself plenty of time. You may not think that you are asking for someone to write your paper, but in a way you are. This is your paper, and if you use someone else's opinions, your professor will more likely pick up on that.

An essay is a short work of writing that treats a topic from an author's personal point of view. Essays are non-fictional but often subjective; while expository, they can also include narrative. Essays can be learned arguments, literary criticism, political manifestos, observations of daily life, recollections and reflections of the author.
The definition of an essay is vague, overlapping with those of an article and a short story. Almost all modern essays are written in prose, but works in verse have been dubbed essays (Alexander Pope's An Essay on Criticism and An Essay on Man). While today an essay is partly defined by its brevity, voluminous works like John Locke's An Essay Concerning Human Understanding and Thomas Malthus's An Essay on the Principle of Population refer to themselves using the term.

My Dad told me many years ago that once you find something you love to do and someone to pay you for doing it, you'll never work another day in your life. Wouldn't it be nice if they tested children at school not just for aptitude, but for what ignites their passion?
