in the supermarket today, the old bloke in front of me was asked if he wanted any cash back from his visa."no thanks, the more i have, the more i'll spend". the checkout girl looked as if she wanted to kick his teeth down his throat and the rest of the queue shuffled around embarrassed and looked away from him as he looked around us for confirmation he was the worlds greatest wit. what similarly boring, dull and predictable remarks make you cringe/commit murder?

I think quite a good reply from the old guy in his day and age he had to look after his money and not have too much in his pocket like the young ones today. And oh yes you would never have been here but for the old ones so have some respect.
