I heard that a Federal Law passed to postpone the end of daylight savings for a week, from Sunday, October 29th making it now to end on Sunday, November 5th. My question is, "Did I hear about the change correctly?"
Providing the HR bill would be a plus!!

You are half right. Here are the facts:

I gave up on DST a few years back. I set my clock back a half an hour in October of 2001, and just left it there.

Six months out of the year I'm 30 minutes early to everything, and the rest of the time I'm always late.

Works for me.

I have heard of no such legislation...as far as I know it's still on the 29th of October.
