how about some more little baby words thrown in to give a bit more clarity?

Would an EU passport holder, Portuguese as it happens, wishing to study in the UK have to pay fees?

Answer: you'd pay the normal fees for a home student. That varies depending on whether you're heading for Scotland, England, NI or Wales. You wouldn't have to pay the enormous fees that non-EU students have to pay. But check with the institution to make sure.

That doesn't apply if you're talking about some private school, e.g., a language school. Everyone pays the same (private) fees in those.

To my know-how, this loop hollow has prolonged itself to loose practise in Scotland, yet everybody, and that i advise everybody, has caught wind of this so it will be destructive attempting to get in everywhere over there i think of... it is going to artwork in a pair of places, not all. you may desire to ring the colleges and faculties your self and that they are going to inform you. different than this, i understand little or no... stable luck :)

Do you need to pay for going to uni here? well we all do, even born and bred in UK, we get a loan which we have to pay back once we get a job.

yeah, UK is a capitalist country, we pay for everything there, just like in Portugal !

Note that you should improve your English ... Can't really figure out what your question's about ...
