Jean Carper probably has the best, but it is pricey. I like Swanson Vitamins High Potency Soft Multiple for price and formula. Natrol's My Favorite Multiple comes highly recommended. Swanson has a pricey new product Longevital that you take 14 tablets a day!

Any daily vitamen will work, if you take one with each meal. I say this becuz Im doing the vitamen thing right now, and my doc says in order for a vitamen to work, you have to get enough of them in you, and one a day is not enough, its a waste of time.

Youll notice a difference in your energy, any aches and pain you might have had, and all around youll notice feeling better. My doc says that one vitamen doesnt have enough in it to do anything, gotta take at least 3 a day.

I take eqate, personally, it is a cheap centrum knockoff and designed for old people but I figure it has a decent amount of the right kind of vitamans and with a bit of luck it will stop me from developing the same problems those old people take it for.
