I think they should untap our phones. The paranoia is a side effect of drug use and dependency issues or even counter dependent. Which does not fly in a country for the people, by the people. so why our the people still the problem?

well, perhaps people would behave better if they knew they might get tortured if they got caught, and people might think twice before being remotely associated with criminals and murders....
but if i was an innocent person, i would be pissed if i was tortured.
