I don't know about the 1st one

The bronsted Lowery model says that acid donate a proton while bases accept that proton. Lewis acids say that acids donate an electron pair. Letter A is the correct answer because it is only true for lewis acids. Water can donate a proton and become OH- and accept a proton to become H3O+
