I am a man and want to make sure I am wearing the right bra. I've tried a number of Women's bra size calculators and they indicate sizes that are too big for me. My rib size is 39 inches and breast size around my nipples is 45 inches.

I am about the same size as you and found the same problem. Through trial and error I found some 38B bras fit the best on me. You might try a 40A if you can find one. Sports bras seem to fit males better. Some minimizer bras fit men much better it is just hard to find small cup sizes in a minimizer bra. Unless you are willing to go get fitted in person you are just going to need to buy some on line and try. Expensive way to go unless you get lucky right off.

your wrong gynoclamastia (?) will cause a man to have real breast tissue not fat cell ,and also cause his breast to grow just as big as female with nipples please check your fact as to not confuse young boys with this condition it is a very real problem in th U S at present time and if it happens to you if can affect your mind body and if you have no support system it can cause you to question your manhood as well so please be careful when useing this public access for giving advise

For christ's sake men don't wear bras. Man boobs don't need supporting as they're just fat; no ligaments or breast tissue; FAT. Solve the problem and lose weight.
