it would look that everybody answering so a ways has ignored some significant information: What she easily despatched. working example, did she deliver only the hyperlink, or did she say a collection of issues with the hyperlink that say you probably did in actuality commit [X crime] or are an [X style of criminal] in case you have not been tried yet? this might easily capture her in a lie, considering you're purely accused of the crime so a ways. If she is protecting you as some thing that has not yet been shown, that would desire to count quantity as defamation. If she only reported which you're accused of X, then she technically isn't mendacity. Maryland has no criminal regulation on defamation with the exceptions of particular circumstances with married couples and a "women human beings's distinctive function." So no remember what, this might contain a lawsuit. you may sue for something, it is in basic terms a remember of despite if the choose or locate on your desire (or maybe pay attention the case to start with). To that, i won't say. Your litigation attorney might nevertheless.

Sounds like you have been a pawn in a game your girl is in. Get a lawyer and sue. Can you prove the money was given to whom you say it was?
