Not exactly as you have it, while remaining grammatically correct. However, if you add quote marks, you can correctly say: "I" is a first person singular pronoun.

which one sounds good??
"I am nice to others"... or "I is nice to others"

But i think the way YOU are trying to use "I is" in a sentence not correct...it isn't gramatically correct to use "I is" in a sentence.
