YES, it happens all the time. If you can find a wiling buyer then you can do anything you want...

Yes, it's calling buying wholesale. You would need to set up a tax id number and get a business license. Then you can contact just about any manufacturer and find out what their terms are for purchasing from them. Some have minimums and some don't. Some will give you time to pay some won't.
