i think i'm falling..for my best friend?
i've never told anyone this but...heres the deal...i met my best friend freshman year..we are now juniors and very close....but the thing is over the past years...i think something clicked inside me..and i've developed feelings for him..strong feelings...i dont know what to do...we do everything together...he tells people he loves them and hugs just about anybody including me..but the thing that makes me wonder the most is..we went with my family on vacation for a week and we stayed at my aunts house for 2 days..when we where wathing tv..out of no where he kisses me on the temple....???..i didnt say anything..but i reagret it everyday..how do i know it he feels the same?...things havent been the same since..its real awkward...WE'VE STARTED TO ARGUE..over stupid things but he always ends up hugging me or we just laugh about it.....ughh i dont know what to do...can some help..

no we arent aruguing over the incident..we argue over stupid things...etc...but we always end it laughing or he huggs me

If he kissed you on the temple, you're golden.
Tell him friends don't act like this.
Because they don't.
And you need to be on the same page. Ask him, "Do you want more than friendship from me?" If he says yes- kiss him on the mouth.
If he says "no", which he WON'T, but if he does, you have my permission to slap him for leading you on.

Wow thats deep seeing as how youre both juniors the worst thing you can do is tell ppeople because in high school word gets out extremely fast so I would just talk to him one on one with no one around (NOT IN SCHOOL!!!) and tell him straight up how you feel but before you tell him make sure that he's not the type of person to start acting different with you or tell other people about it

Well....before me and my bf started dating we were best friends. I always knew he was attracted to me but we were strictly just friends. Then out of the blue one night he asked me if he could kiss me. Shocked i kissed him. We've been dating for over a year now and I absolutely adore him. I'm not going to lie...at first it was really really weird because i hadn't been sexually attracted to him since we were just friends but now...i don't think i could live with out him. Sometimes it's best to date people you are friends with because you know that you get along. You should ask him if he has feelings for you if things are already awkward. Okay. first, he likes you. I can tell cuz that is exactly how i act if i like someone. The hugs are meaningless when he gives them to someone else. you wont know anything unless you ask, so ask him if he likes you and be real with him. second regardless of what his answer is there is a 99% chance that he will ask you why u asked him that. That is when you tell him your true feelings. More likely than not your friendship will last but hopefully it wont just be a friend basis anymore.

You are arguing because he kissed on the temple? You need to tell him how you feel. If you guys are really best friends then you should be able to talk to him. You'll never know if you do not talk to him.

Make your feelings know, you will never know what could have been if you don't make your feelings known. And if you are as good a friends as you say you are, well you should still be friends even if he says he doesn't like you like that. But you will only find out if you speak up. Go for it. Good luck
