There are some fertlity teas (herbs) that supposedly help. I don't think you can actually change your fertility level without a docs help but there are a lot of things you can do to help increase your chances of getting pregnant each cycle. There is a great book that helps you pinpoint ovulation and the timing of intercourse: Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. Or try internet searches on the Fertility Awareness Method.

Good Luck!!

Honestly? No there isn't. It's just the way we were made. You can only concieve when you are fertile, and if the sperm make it to the egg. You cann increase any of the chances unless you go the techno route and go IUI or IVF.

Do not believe that there are herbs or anything out there than can increase the chances. It's just a ploy for people to make money off of others.

Beforehand, have your husband drink two cups of coffee because the caffeine will actually help the lazy sperms. Doggy-style is best for conceiving. Once your husband has ejaculated, lay on your back with your hips up for about 15 minutes. Good luck!

Sneak into bed late at night while he's asleep. Make sure you have a hammer, an icepick, and a gallon of bleach with you. Put the icepick near his scrotum and drive it true with the hammer. Fill his scrotum with the bleach.
