report every little annoying thing they do like loud music or smoking etc, so they get annoyed and go somewhere else.

Just talk to them give them some advice and ask them what makes them choose to be who they are maybe you can help them to be better. If their really rude and you feel threatened than stay away from them. Aren't we all in this life togeather and wouldn't it make sense to try to get along. Who knows what the future will bring for any of us. if your really above everyone else you wouldn't need advice. Just be cool about and enjoy your life. You don't own the building or the world. But like I said, If they seem to be bad people than stay away from them. If they do something to you then report them. You shouldn't judge people so much. Everyone has a right to live where they want.

Please define "White Trash". What may be trash to you may not be trash to others.
If these people are sloppy filthy roach and rat infested tenants. Then report them to the manager of the building. If you don't get action from the manager, then contact the owner.

I had a friend who put a stop to me even using that word just once as a joke, the only time I used it. It's not good to say and it's just like saying the *n* word or something else of that nature. It really is. Change your thinking.

You can never get away from them. My family moved to a way nicer neighborhood and we have white people trying to act ghetto. its too funny.

well you will meet up with them in the hallways but that don't mean you have to have them over I would say just deal with it, you never know who your neighbor will be!
