Do you mean Kuwait? It is the country that Iraq invaded to begin the first Gulf war. It is in the Middle east and it has borders with both Iraq and Saudi Arabia. The language they speak is Arabic although many of the people also speak English as a second language. If you look up a map of the middle east look for Saudi Arabia and Iraq and then between them at the eastern side on the gulf is the tiny country of Kuwait.
