Voyager 2
NASA's Voyager 2 is the only spacecraft to have visited the planet and no other visits are currently planned. Launched in 1977, Voyager 2 made its closest approach to Uranus on January 24, 1986, before continuing its journey to Neptune.
The stress is on the first syllable. For those who don't know, the planet was named not by Sir William Herschel who discovered it, but by Johann Elert Bode, the Director of the Berlin Observatory, who had done most of the subsequent work calculating its orbit,
Being German-speaking, he would not have been aware of the possible mispronunciations of the word and of their comic possibilities in the minds of the immature and anally-fixated.

Yes, and it produced the first waste in space . Later it had to be cleaned up by space janitors using a giant t.p. roll obtained from Rosie O'Donnell's bathroom.
