Check teamproducts.com They currently own the Coleman power tools. The PMD8130 drill (teal color) is discontinued, but I think they still have chargers for them. I assume they would also have chargers for current models, but it might be more cost effective to just buy a new drill set which includes a battery and charger.
And make sure you know what model cordless drill you have. Though it seems silly, apparently not every Coleman battery charger and battery are interchangeable.

Try Menards, I know they sell a lot of Coleman products. I am sure you can find them online at: menards.com My neighbor bought a Coleman air compressor from them and the motor went out in a short time. I bought a Coleman generator for over $500 and it quit charging after one night. I am not too impressed with Coleman products. Also there is Harbor Freight, you can find them on line also. All they sell is tools. You can also call Bob's Tools in Des Moines, Iowa. If they can't get it you can't get it. There is another place in St. Paul, Minnesota. You could look up tools on the Internet, then St. Paul. Their store is like a Warehouse, they have tools of all kinds. The walls are full and the aisles and shelves. If you are into tools it is store you need to visit. If you are interested email me and I will look it up, when I see the name I will remember it.

Try Ebay. You might need to purchase the whole thing if it's old but someone might have a spares or repairs item on there.
